HOW TO SHOP AT NIKICIO.COM
I. Simply select the items you want then add the items to cart.
II. Once done, proceed to checkout. If you haven't registered as one of our members, you will need to register. Registration is needed to ensure a smooth and pleasurable buying process for you.
III. Fill out the data needed for shipping and billing inquiries. Make sure the data is correct.
If you made any mistakes, you can log in your account and edit.
IV. You are then need to pay for your cart.
If you select bank transfer as your method of payment, you will be emailed with an invoice with our bank account.
If you select credit card, you will be directed to doku as our payment gateway.
V. Your order status will change from "unpaid" to "paid" once we have received your payment.
For bank transfer, it will take as long as 24 hours for the system to recognize your payment, as we need to check manually whether your payment has gone through. You will need to confirm your payment by logging in to your account.
VI. If you haven't paid in 36 hours after you have placed your order, our system will cancel your order. You will receive an email confirmation on your cancelled order.
Please note that adding the items to cart does not mean that the items will be reserved for you. Items will only be reserved for you once you have placed your order.
HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
You will need to log in to your account to make a payment confirmation. Please fill all the columns for the form to be submitted. If you cannot submit the form for whatever reasons, please chat our customer service via whatsapp: +62-822-11112486 or line: @nikicio.
There will be no email confirmation after your payment status has changed from "unpaid" to "paid". To see whether your payment has went through, simply log in to your account or chat our customer service via whatsapp: +62-822-11112486 or line: @nikicio.
Payment confirmation made latest by 12 pm every Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day. Payment confirmation made after 12 pm every Monday - Friday will be processed on the next working day. Payment confirmation made on Saturday, Sunday, and on Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
ON ORDER STATUS
Unpaid & Unfulfilled: means that we are waiting for your payment confirmation.
Paid & Unfulfilled: means that we have received your payment & your order is in the process of packing. Paid & Fulfilled: means that we have received your payment & your order is already packed and shipped from our warehouse.
If your order is placed before 12 PM and the order status has changed to "paid" by 12 PM on Monday - Friday, your order will be shipped on the same day. If your order is placed after 12 PM, your order will be processed on the next working day.
If your order is placed before 12 PM and the order status has changed to "paid" by 12 PM on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day.
There is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday.
ON SHIPPING METHODS
We are using Si Cepat for Standard Delivery and Express Delivery service for all area in Indonesia, Gojek Same Day service for Jabodetabek area, and EMS Pos Indonesia for international shipping.
Gojek Same Day Service is only processed between 12 - 3 PM every Monday - Friday.
Si Cepat is only processed on 6 - 7 PM every Monday - Friday.
Standard Delivery: 1-2 days
Express Delivery: 12 hours delivery
Gojek Same Day: 6 - 8 hours delivery
EMS Pos Indonesia: 5-7 working days
We don't provide Gojek Instant Delivery Service.

Once it's reach Rp 7,500,000 in total, you can enjoy 20% off for life.
